The NEW Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) comes into effect on July 1st. If your business sends emails or texts from Canada or to Canada, CASL impacts you. 

This free 30-minute webinar hosted by Tracey Hart, Director of Marketing for Discover Boating Canada and presented by Lonnie Brodkin-Schneider of Miller Thomson LLP, a national Canadian law firm, covered the basic CASL requirements and how to ensure your marketing efforts are compliant.
